This page describes our services and lets you request an inspection, estimate or appointment. It is information and an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer to enter a contract, and submitting a form does not create one.

Any price, offer, promotion or timeframe shown here is indicative, subject to availability, and subject to what we find when we inspect the property. Nothing becomes binding on either of us until we have inspected the property and both signed a written agreement describing the work, the price and the schedule. Where an offer has an expiry or conditions, those are stated with the offer.

Work is subject to permitting, weather, material availability and site conditions. Where those change what the work requires, we will tell you before we proceed.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are the owner of the property, or are authorised by the owner to arrange work on it. We rely on what you tell us when we schedule and quote, and inaccurate information may change the price or our ability to do the work.

By submitting a form you consent to be contacted about your request at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automated dialing system, prerecorded message and text message. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

The text, images, layout, logos and design of this page belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print it for your own use in considering our services. You may not copy, republish, sell or use it commercially, or use our name or marks, without our written permission.

Photographs are used to illustrate the type and standard of work we describe. Unless captioned otherwise, they do not depict your property, and the result on any specific property depends on its own condition, materials and scope.

We may update these terms. The effective date above tells you when this version took effect, and continuing to use this page after a change means you accept the updated terms.
